Eligibility

1. This Contest will be open to all the residents of India except the employees, family members, agents, distributors, retailers and any other channel partner of Britannia Industries Limited
2. It is open for all adults above 18 years.

Contest Period

1. This Contest is open from 01/01/2018 to 01/03/2018.
2. Entries from the Participant after the deadline will not be considered for winner selection.
3. This contest is applicable for the following SKUs of Good Day biscuits only.

How to Participate?

1. You can Participate in this contest by SMS/Online.
2. Each user can enter 20 times by using the same Mobile Number during the contest period.

SMS Participation

To participate in the Contest, customers have to send an SMS to 07259188888 and follow the below steps to complete the Participation.

SMS route for Rest of India :
Step 1 : Participants are required to send an SMS with the Batch Number printed on the pack to 07259188888 from any GSM or CDMA mobile phone.
e.g. SMS B1015438 to 07259188888
Step 2 : After sending the SMS, Participant will get SMS notification and such entries will be considered for winner selection.

SMS route for Tamil Nadu :
Step 1 : Participants are required to send an SMS with the Batch Number printed on the pack to 07259188888 from any GSM or CDMA mobile phone.
e.g. SMS B1015438 to 07259188888
Step 2 : After sending the SMS they will get a simple question (Good day brings a smile because …) and you need to answer the questions via SMS.

Step 3 : Participants will be required to send SMS in the following format: GOODDAY <space> “Batch Code” followed by their answer to 07259188888 to complete participation.
Step 4 : After sending the SMS, Participant will get SMS notification and such entries will be considered for winner selection.

Britannia Industries Limited and the Partner Agency shall not be responsible for :
1. Any SPAM generated messages
2. Any SMS message delivery failures
3. Any lost, late or misdirected computer transmission or network, electronic failures due to any technical reason.

For Online Participation you need to follow the below steps,

Note :
i. If the Participant logs on to the website after completion of the Contest Period, the Participant will be informed that the Contest Period is over and therefore no entries can be accepted.
ii. There is no charges for online entries.

Winner Selection

Daily Prize :
i. During the Contest Period 60 Participants will be chosen daily and they will be eligible for a Holiday Package.
ii. The Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

iii. Once the Winners are selected, the Partner Agency appointed by BRITANNIA INDUSTRIES LIMITED shall process the Holiday Package for the winner.
iv. Any participant of the contest who wins a prize during the Contest Period shall not be eligible to win any further prizes.

v. In the event the shortlisted winner’s number is busy, unreachable, or he/she does not attend the call, two (2) more attempts will be made to reach the Participant on that day and/or the next day. Then the Participant becomes ineligible to receive the prize.

vi. The winner will be Selected on the basis of Valid Batch Code Number + Unique mobile number + Unique PAN Card + other requisite.

vii. Shortlisted winner will be required to send the following documents and collateral :
** The winning wrapper with the Batch code number , clearly visible that was entered by the consumer in the entry.
** Copy of Address proof (Electricity bill or Mobile Bill)
** Copy of PAN card is mandatory.
** Copy of Indian Passport with 12 month Validity for all travelers.

The completed Participation needs to be sent by registered post with Acknowledgement to the address mentioned below or by courier within 7 days of the call made by Agency to the selected winner

viii. No prize will be awarded if the information presented by the Participant is wrong or incorrect.

Terms & Conditions

1. No queries, claims, dispute, complaints or grievances shall be taken by the Britannia Industries Limited And its agency after the date of the closure of the contest.

2. If a Participant is dissatisfied with the Contest or the Contest rules and/or any content or any requirements of the Contest form and these terms and conditions, is to not participate in the Contest.
3. This Prize cannot be treated as a cash equivalent under any circumstances.
4. Validity of Prize cannot be extended, OR new Prize cannot be provided.

5. The 3 nights and 4 days Holiday Package is for 1 family of upto 4 members (i.e. 1 winner + upto 3 family members)and includes return economy class air fare and 3 nights and 4 days stay in a pre-defined hotel only, as per the sole discretion of Britannia Industries Limited.
6. This offer is available only to qualifying Britannia Industries Limited customers only.

7. During the Contest 20 winners will be travelling to the “Bali” with their family (up to 4 members which include 1 winner + upto 3 family members) and 40 winners will be travelling to the destination of “Dubai” with their family (up to 4 members which include 1 winner + upto 3 family members).

1. Where can I find the Lot number?
Participants will find a 7 digit Lot Number written on the side of the Britannia GoodDay promotion pack wrapper.

2. I have sent the message with 7 digits lot number but it is declared wrong.

3. I got this message “If u win, we will contact you, please keep your wrapper” What does that mean? I mean, Am I selected or not?
If the Participant sends an SMS in valid format within the Contest Period, he/she will receive a valid response via SMS and such entries will be considered for winner selection.
