How To Verify SHCIL E-Stamping Certificate?
You can verify e-Stamp Certificate by following the below guidelines. Click verify e-Stamp Certificate available in the home page on SHCIL as shown below.

What is SHCIL e-Stamping Payment System?
StockHolding (SHCI) introduces the Online Gateway Payment module for payment of Judicial-e-Court fee and Non-Judicial Stamp duty i.e. e-Stamping, through the internet for the first time in the NCT of Delhi. The system is user friendly and has been designed to ensure ease and convenience in e-Court fee and e-Stamping payment to the general public.
Registration :
Client makes a one-time registration which can be used across online products for e-Stamping and e-Court fee available for that State. System has been designed to accomodate Individuals, Proprietorship firms and Corporates. Currently the online facility has been activated for e-Court Fee payment and e-Stamping payment only for NCT Delhi.
Create Transaction Reference No. :
Client will enter all the details of the transaction like the Name and address of the parties, Consideration and Stamp duty amount. Client will be able to make a payment of minimum of Rs. 50/- and maximum of Rs. 50,000/-. After submitting these details a Transaction Reference No. is generated.
Payment Modes :
Only one payment can be made against each Transaction Reference No. Credit cards cannot be used for online payment for e-Stamping.
(a) Create the Transaction Reference No. and then make online payment with Net Banking or VISA Debit Card via payment gateway services,
(b) Make NEFT/ RTGS payment and then create the Transaction Reference No. by entering the details in the system, after which system will prompt for the NEFT/RTGS payment details.
(c) Create the Transaction Reference No. under the Cash payment option and make the cash payment at the SHCIL branch.
Print Payment Receipt :
After the generation of the Transaction Reference No. and completion of the payment, client is required to visit the nearest SHCIL branch with the Payment receipt to collect the e-Stamp Certificate.

Online e-Stamp Duty Payment :
Single e-Stamp certificate will be issued for single Net Banking/Debit Card/NEFT/RTGS Payment.
A typical user may use following options :
1. Create Stampduty Submission.
2. Generate Online Payment Receipts by making payment through NEFT/RTGS/Net Banking/Debit Card/Cash at StockHolding Counter.
3. View Transaction Reports
Select State for StockHolding Accounts Details for NEFT/RTGS Payments
Account details will be displayed.
Click Create Stamp Duty Submission to make payment & select state

What is a CRA?
CRA stands for Central Record Keeping Agency. STOCK HOLDING CORPORATION OF INDIA LIMITED (SHCIL) is the only CRA appointed by the Government of India.
What is the role of CRA?
Central Record Keeping Agency is responsible for User Registration, Imprest Balance Administration and overall e-Stamping Application Operations and Maintenance. CRA will appoint ACC’s who will issue Certificates to the clients at their counters.
What do you mean by ACC?
ACC means Authorised Collection Center (ACC). Its an agent appointed by SHCIL. ACC is the intermediary between the CRA and Stamp Duty payer.

The best way is to deal with them either over phone or by e-mail or by visiting them.

If the stamp duty is still underpaid than client has to again visit an ACC and obtain a additional stamp duty certificate by additional stamp duty amount. The client will need to produce all certificates for registration.
