HRMS Details :
This system was created to act as a prerequisite for payroll system which consolidates salary requirements of our bank. Not only it provides pay roll functions, it also provides other useful processes and functions.

Some of these important activities include Performance Appraisal, Attendance, HR Management Information System, Training Management, Employee Selection and Promotion Process, Employee Self-Service and Absence Management.

Automation is the main advantage of payment module. It calculates various deductions and generates employee pay reports by collecting various data of employees.

The training module provides a system for administering and tracking employee training and development activities.

An employee is provided with the facility of online submission of leave, Assets and Liabilities, Performance Appraisal, Newspaper and Petrol reimbursement undertakings. These facilities are available to him via Employee Self Service and can be accessed through the Internet.

Please tell me status of my insurance coverage as I am to retire during the current policy period i.e. 01.10.20XX to 30.09.20XX.
Employees retiring during the currency of the policy period are covered upto 30.09.20XX as active employees though they have retired.

What is Corporate Buffer?
This is the amount allocated out of total premium collected by the Insurance Company. It is allocated in the ratio of premium paid by the bank. This is applicable to active employees only.

Is Corporate Buffer available to retired employees also?
No, it is available to active employees only.

When I shall have to become member and pay the premium.
As the active employee policy terminates on 30.09.XXXX and retiree policy starts from 01.11.XXXX, there is gap of one month i.e. October. You will have to apply for membership and It should reach Hospitalisation Cell in Head Office, HRMD, Dwarka, New Delhi well before 30.09.20XX.

Whether I shall have to pay 13 months premium?
Yes, for October month it will be remitted to Insurance Company in September itself and for 01.11.20XX to 31.10.20XX in the month of October.

Shall I have to apply every year to continue with the policy?
No, If one becomes the member of policy, bank will automatically debit the amount from the account of the retiree.

What is the procedure to be followed for cashless claims?
In case of planned treatment/ hospitalisation, contact the TPA help desk of the network hospital. Check if they have tied up with Health Insurance TPA of India Limited. If they have tied up, then you are required to provide them your TPA ID number.

Also you need to show them one original govt Photo ID proof. They will complete the formalities and intimate the TPA about hospitalisation and get permission for cashless claim.

What if my claim goes beyond the sum insured?
Claim amount beyond the sum insured are to be paid by the employee(retiree) from his/her own resources.
