Instructions For Submission Of On-Line Application :
1. Read the Instructions carefully and Proceed accordingly.
2. Before start of filling-up of application through on-line mode, the candidate should keep ready, the following details/ documents:
a. Valid E-mail ID & Mobile Number.
b. Scanned copy of the recent passport size color Photograph (not older than 3 months) in JPG/JPEG format (File size between 50 KB to 100 KB). Candidates should ensure that the same photograph is used throughout this recruitment process.
c. Scanned signature in JPG/JPEG format (File size between 20 KB to 50 KB).
d. Scanned Copy in PDF format of following certificates and documents as applicable. (File size between 100 KB to 200 KB).
** Caste Certificate from competent authority: SC/ST/SEBC Candidates need to upload the Copy of Caste Certificate after enrollment. No caste certificate required for General Candidates.
** PWD Certificate from competent authority(If you are a specified PWD Candidate as mentioned in terms of reference)
** Sports Certificate from competent authority (If you are a Sports Person)
** Ex-Serviceman Certificate from competent authority (If you are an Ex-Serviceman)
** HSC or Equivalent (10th Std ) Certificate towards proof of your Date of Birth
** Pass Certificate of +3 examination in Commerce or equivalent examination ( If you are applying for ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT GRADE-II )
** Pass Certificate of +3 examination or equivalent examination ( If you are applying for ASSISTANT- GRADE-III or EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (IN LIEU OF JR. STENOGRAPHER)
** Pass Certificate of Graduate in Science/Agriculture/Forestry ( If you are applying for FIELD ASSISTANT GRADE-II (SECTIONAL SUPERVISOR) )
** Pass Certificate of +2 Science (If you are applying for FIELD ASSISTANT GRADE- III)
** Relevant Post Qualification Experience Certificate
3. Online Application Form is available in English and it can only be filled in English Language.
4. The filling of online application contains Three parts. First two Parts for Enrollment and Third part is for applying to the post. Please note that completion of part- I and Part-II Enrollment process is only for the purpose of registration of candidates for applying to the posts advertised by the OFDC and to generate User ID and Password for facilitating submission of basic documents.
Application to the posts advertised is not complete unless application fee is paid online in Part-III Job Application Stage with payment acknowledgement and generation of duly filled completed application form with Application number and date of Application.
