How To Do Mumbai Police NOC Registration/Verification?
Candidates are required to register first to apply for NOC. Click on Verification Unit icon available in the home page of Mumbai Police

Fill all the required details to initiate registration.

Step 6 : Select your CP/ SP Office Name

Verification code has been sent to your mobile number
If NOC is not verified you can verify separately by if not verified link.
Enter your mobile number for verification. Also Click on OK message screen below will be displayed.
Verification successful message will be displayed as below
Then user will be prompted to login using his credentials.

The following screen will be displayed.
Click on (for example) character certificate screen below will be displayed. Enter Address Information and click on NEXT
Enter Occupation/Education information and click on NEXT
Enter General Information and click on Next
Enter Police Station Information and click Next
Click on ‘SAVE’ and screen below will be displayed. Application Id is generated.
Click on ‘Ok’ screen below will be displayed
Upload Documents (Tick documents need to be uploaded) screen below will be displayed.
Click on Save screen below will be displayed
Click on ‘Continue’ view the entire form by clicking on ‘NEXT’ and then click on Proceed to Payment tab as shown in screen below
Select payment mode for example Pay Online. Click on ‘Proceed to Payment’ pay fees and receipt below will be generated if payment successful.

How to Check Passport Status at Mumbai Police?

How To Lodge Complaint?
You can lodge a complaint by navigating to the complaint screen.
As per the prevailing laws, FIR of a major crime (‘cognizable crimes like theft, burglary, motor vehicle theft, accident, chain-snatching, assault, rape, murder, attempt to commit murder, robbery, dacoity, extortion etc) can only be registered at a Police Station. Please contact your nearest Police Station for the same.
This site shall only entertain complaints about minor crimes (‘non-cognizable crimes’). Your complaint shall be referred to the concerned Police Station, where you may be called for further clarification and/or to give statement.
