Qualification

** The candidate should possess following educational qualification and experience:
Assistant Engineer (Transmission) : Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Technology
Assistant Engineer (Telecommunication) : Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunication OR Bachelor’s of Technology in Electronics & Telecommunication.

** A Degree should be from a University or Institute in India, established or incorporated under Central Act or a State Act or any other qualification recognized as equivalent thereto.

** The candidate have to acquire above qualification on or before 24.10.2023. If candidates acquire above qualification after 24.10.2023 and secured place in merit list as per marks obtained in written test, he will not be considered as eligible for the post/selection.

Age Limit

** The upper age limit for outsider candidate is 38 Years for OPEN Candidates.
** The upper age limit for Reserved Category including EWS & Orphan Candidate applying for reserved vacancy is realxable upto 43 years.
** The upper age limit for Persons with Disability (Divyang) is relaxable up to 45 years.
** The upper age limit for candidates applying against Sports Quota is relaxable upto 43 years in any case.

Application Fee

** The candidate should pay application fee (including GST) as under :
Open Category : 700 /-
Reserved Cast Category and EWS and Orphan : 350 /-
Application Fee shall not be applicable to Divyang persons for whom the post is reserved.
** The Backward Caste category candidate willing to apply for the post of Open caste category will have to pay requisite application fees of Rs. 700/-.
** The examination fee shall have to be paid through Internet Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card (Rupay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro)/IMPS/Cash Card/Mobile Wallets.
** Fees in any mode other than above will not be accepted.
** In case candidate pay less fees than applicable fee or pays fees by any mode other than above shall be held ineligible.
** The fees once paid will not be refunded for any reason.
** Bank transaction charges, if any, for online payment of application fees will have to be borne by the candidate.

How To Apply?

Candidates are required to apply Online by clicking on the link “CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE” given at the end of this Advertisement. Except online application, no other means/mode of application will be accepted.

APPLICATION REGISTRATION

1. Before applying online, candidates should Scan their photograph and signature ensuring that both the photograph and signature adhere to the required specifications as given in “Annexure-I” i.e. Guidelines for Scanning and Uploading of photograph, signature, thumb impression and hand written declaration.

2. Have a valid personal email ID and mobile number, which should be kept active till the completion of this Recruitment Process. The company will send intimation about call letters for On-line Test, etc. to the candidates through the registered email ID. Under no circumstances, the candidate should share/ mention email ID of any other person. The postal correspondence shall not be made by Company.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

1. Candidates are required to apply Online by clicking on the link “CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE” given at the end of this Advertisement.

2. To register application, choose the tab “CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION” and enter Name, Contact details and Email-ID. A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. Candidate should note down the Provisional Registration Number and Password. An Email & SMS indicating the Provisional Registration Number and Password will also be sent.

3. In case the candidate is unable to complete the application form in one go, he/ she can save the data already entered by choosing “SAVE AND NEXT” tab. Prior to submission of the online application, candidates are advised to use the “SAVE AND NEXT” facility to verify the details in the online application form and modify the same if required. Visually Impaired candidates should fill the application form carefully and verify/ get the details verified to ensure that the same are correct prior to final submission.

4. Candidates are advised to carefully fill and verify the details filled in the online application themselves as no change will be possible/ entertained after clicking the COMPLETE REGISTRATION BUTTON.

5. The Name of the candidate and his/her Father/ Husband etc. should be spelt correctly in the application as it appears in the Certificates/ Mark sheets/Identity proof. Any change/alteration found may disqualify the candidature.

6. Validate your details and Save your application by clicking the “VALIDATE YOUR DETAILS” and “SAVE & NEXT” button.

7. Candidates can proceed to upload photograph and signature as per specification given.
8. Candidates can proceed to fill other details of the Application Form.
9. Click on the “Preview” Tab to preview and verify the entire application form before COMPLETE REGISTRATION.
10. Modify details, if required, and click on “COMPLETE REGISTRATION” after verifying and ensuring that the photograph, signature uploaded and other details filled by you are correct.
11. Candidates are advised to carefully fill and verify the details filled in the online application themselves as no change will be possible/ entertained after clicking the “COMPLETE REGISTRATION” BUTTON.
12. Click on “PAYMENT” Tab and proceed for payment.
13. Click on “SUBMIT” button.
