eBay Check Order Status Online

You can track the order status by login to the eBay portal using your credentials. Within 3 business days of order confirmation, the seller will ship your item and enter the tracking details in My PaisaPay. You will receive your item within 5 business days of shipping.

How do I pay for an item?
** It is advisable to pay through PaisaPay – our secured payment solution for all your transactions.
** With PaisaPay, you can pay through Credit/Debit Card, Internet Banking, Mobile payments and Wallets.
** You can also redeem your PAYBACK points to pay for an item partially or fully, by linking your PAYBACK account to eBay.
** To pay for an item, click “Buy It Now” and apply a coupon if you have one to get discount on the item.
** If you wish to pay through EMI, your entire transaction has to be over Rs 3500.
** The entire amount of the transaction will be blocked on your card, but you will pay the EMI to the bank in the upcoming bill cycle.
** Cash on Delivery is offered on most listings on eBay.
** You will need to select the Cash on Delivery checkbox on the Review Order page to use this option.
** After that, you need to confirm the order with the One-time password.
** You will need to pay the entire amount to the delivery representative when the item is delivered to you.
** Please note that you can only pay by Cash for this option.

Note :
Sometimes due to poor Internet connectivity, the amount will be debited from your account, but the transaction isn’t confirmed. In such cases, our team will manualy check your order details and confirm the order, or issue a refund for you in 6-8 working days. Check your email for a confirmation from us on this.

How do I mark my item as paid or shipped?
You can track the status of items you are buying and selling (if you have a seller’s account) and update the status under the Take action column in My eBay.

To mark an item as paid :
** From the left column of My eBay, click the Won link under Buy.
** In the Won section, find the item you want to mark as paid.
** From the Take action menu, select Mark as Payment Sent.
** The Rs icon turns blue, so you can quickly see that payment is complete for this item.

Marking an Item as Shipped :
To mark an item you sent as shipped :
** From the left column of My eBay, click the Sold link under Sell.
** In the Sold section, find the item you want to mark as shipped.
** From the Take action menu, select Mark as Shipped. The icon turns yellow, so you can quickly see that the item has been shipped.

How do I Sell on eBay?”
To begin selling on eBay you need to register on eBay and create PaisaPay account by linking your bank account to receive the sale amount directly.

My refund is not received. What can I do?
Refund timelines differ depending on the reason for refund:
Unconfirmed order:
In cases when the money is debited from your account, but you do not receive an order confirmation the money is refunded within 24-72 hours by our team to the original mode of payment.

Order not shipped by seller (auto refund in 3 days):
In case such cases the refund will be sent to your original mode of payment within 3-5 working days.

eBay Guarantee Claims:
** For eBay Guarantee claims the refund is sent to your original mode of payment within 6-8 working days after approval.
** In certain cases, eBay may refund you with eBay coupons.
** These coupons will be sent to email ID registered on your account within 15-20 days of approval.
** Sometimes our team may need additional time to process your refund depending on the complexity of the case.
