Coast Guard Navik & Yantrik Exam is organised by Indian Coast Guard. The age limit is between Minimum 18 Years and maximum 22 years. Eligibility Criteria

The Eligibility Criteria of Coast Guard Assistant Navik & Yantrik Exam are given below,
1. Age Limit:
The age limit is between Minimum 18 Years and maximum 22 years.

2. Educational Qualification:
(a) Navik (General Duty). 10+2 passed with Maths and Physics from an education board recognized by Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE).

(b) Navik (Domestic Branch). Class 10thpassed from an education board recognized by Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE).

(c) Yantrik. Class 10th passed from an education board recognized by Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE) and Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical / Electronics/ Telecommunication (Radio/Power) Engineering of duration 03 or 04 years approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE).

Selection Procedure of Coast Guard Navik & Yantrik Exam

The selection of candidate is based on an all India order of merit based on their performance in Stage-I, II, III & IV.

1. Stage- I – Written Examination.
2. Stage-II – Physical Fitness Test, Document Verification.
3. Stage -III – Document Verification, Final Medicals at INS Chilka.
4. Stage–IV – Candidate will be terminated from service if the documents are reported as not genuine by respective Boards/Universities/State government.

(a) Navik (General Duty). Basic pay of Rs. 21700/- (Pay Level-3)
(b) Navik (Domestic Branch). Basic Pay Scale for Navik (DB) is 21700/- (Pay Level-3)
(c) Yantrik. Basic pay Rs. 29200/- (Pay Level-5).
