How To View Canara Bank Credit Card Statement?
This facility is for viewing credit card statement in Canara Bank. Go to the official website of Canara Bank. Click Card Services tab.

Click Credit Card View Statement link available in the home page.
You will be navigating to a CanaraBank org page to view the statement.
To view Credit Card Statement you are required to register first. Click sign up link if you are a new user.
Registration can be done using the following fields.
Step 1 : Enter your Card Number
(*Your 16 Digit Card Number)
Step 2 : Enter Card Expiry Date (*YYMM)
Step 3 : Enter your Name on Card (*As on Card)
Step 4 : Enter your PAN Number
Step 5 : Enter your Date of Birth (*YYYYMMDD)
Step 6 : Click Submit Button
Register your Email Id with us to get your monthly Credit Card E-statement. Please mail your Email id along with Credit Card No to hocancard [AT] canarabank.com.
Existing user can login to view the credit card statement.

Step 3 : Click Login Button
For resetting password, you are required to re-register with your card details.

Canara Credit Card Privileges :
** Cards are issued with domestic/ global usage validity. Global cards will be issued on specific request.
** Minimum Gross income to get CANARA CREDIT CARD is Rs.100,000 p.a. only.
** Cash withdrawal limit up to 50% of your card limit (Maximum Rs. 50,000 only).
** Cash withdrawal charges only Rs.30 per thousand. Minimum Rs.30 only.
** Free Credit period from 20-50 days
** No Interest on cash withdrawal if paid by the due date. If not paid by the DUE DATE, interest is charged from DUE DATE only and not from the DATE OF CASH WITHDRAWAL.
** We provide free accident Insurance to you and your spouse too against the risk of death due to accident.
** Free card replacement in case of mutilation / loss of card.
** Free SMS alerts on all transactions. Please provide your Mobile Phone number for activating this facility

How can I get a Canara Credit Card?
** An applicant should have good Credit history.
** The applicant’s name will be checked against the credit ratings of CIBIL.
** The applicant should have a minimum gross annual income of Rs.100,000.
** The applicant should have preferably an account with any branches of Canara Bank.
** The applicant should have satisfactory dealings with his branch of Canara Bank.
** The applicant should have a mobile telephone connection to receive SMS alerts on card usage.
** The applicant should have a PAN.
Where the Canara Credit Cards can be used?
** Canara Credit Cards can be used for emergency cash withdrawal at ATMs.
** Can be used for purchases at Merchant establishments.
** Can be used for purchases on the Internet.
** Can be used for purchases through Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS).
** Can be used for purchases through Mail Order / Telephone Order transactions.
What is the Credit period?
Interest free credit period ranges from minimum of 20 days to a maximum of 50 days. However, fees / Service charges, as applicable, is payable for cash withdrawal / for usage at petrol bunks, Railway ticket booking, etc.
What is Rewards programme, how can I redeem reward Points?
** You can earn two reward points for every purchase transaction of Rs.100.
** Value of one reward point is Re.0.25. Also you can earn more Reward Points under ‘Maxgetmore’ programme.
** Cardholders are required to activate their reward point account through registration.
** Reward points can be redeemed for purchase of wide range of products across categories such as apparalls, electronics, etc. and services such as mobile/DTH recharge, movie tickets, etc.
How secure is my Canara Credit Card?
The card holder need to make payment directly ie physical appearance is required. The cardholder shall sign the charge slip for having authorized the payment transactions.
The Cardholder is required to give second level authorization by using his password, if he is making transactions online. You will be given SMS alert for every transaction.
How my Canara Credit Card dues are informed?
You are required to settle the bill before the due date. Please be ensure that sufficient balance should be available in the account. If it is not available the card will be overdrawn.
The overdrawing is payable within 15 days. However, the overdrawn amount attracts interest at Clean Rate of Interest chargeable to the bank’s customer.
Billing information is also made available by email if you have registered your email id with the Bank.
You will also be informed by an SMS Alert about the billing amount and due date for payment of card dues.
Whether any charge is payable where card dues are not paid on the due date?
A service of charge of 2% + service tax on the balance outstanding plus applicable service tax is charged to the cardholder where card dues are not paid by the payment due date.
What is an add-on Card?
An Add on Card is a supplementary card issued to the immediate close relatives of the Canara Credit Cardholder at the request of the Cardholder.
The transactions on the add-on card will be billed to the principal cardholder. For example Rs.5,000 paid under Revolving Payment system will take 62 months and interest payable would be Rs.3,424
Are there any restrictions on Canara Credit Card usage?
In order to protect the interest of the Cardholder against run away usage of the card, in the event of loss of Card., the Bank has put a cap on the number and value of certain transactions depending upon the risk perception and incidence of fraud of the merchant category
Net Banking
To make online transactions you are required to login to Internet Banking. Registration can be done by the following ways.
Click on the NetBanking link available in right panel of home page.
Click Login to NetBanking link.
Step 1 : Enter your User Id
Step 2 : Enter your Password
Step 3 : Select your Language
Step 4 : Click Sign In Button
If you are a new user then you are required to make registration online.
Read all the terms & conditions and click ‘I Agree’ Button.
Step 1 : Enter your Current/Saving Account Number
Step 2 : Enter your ATM cum Debit Card Number
Step 3 : Enter your Registered Mobile Number
Step 4 : Enter your Customer ID or Debit Transactions or Credit Transactions
Enter details of one of the last five transactions
Step 5 : Kindly select the type of access required for Net Banking
Step 6 : Accept the Terms and Conditions
Step 7 : Click I Agree Button
Note : Funds Transfer Facility will Get Enabled on Generation of Transaction Password.
While registration for net-banking, customer will be provided with Enquiry Facility. For funds transfer or Tax payment facility, customer has to get a transaction password, for which a facility is provided in the net-banking itself.
Forgot User Id :
Click Forgot User Id link available in the login page.
New screen will be opened to enter your details.
Step 1 : Enter your Customer ID
If you do not know your customer ID, kindly check your passbook for the same.
Step 2 : Enter your Mobile Number
As per current Bank policy ‘The Mobile Number’ Should Be Prefixed With 91 eg:
91xxxxxxxxxx for Indian Mobile Number.
And for International Mobile Number prefix with ” 00 and COUNTRY CODE ” eg: 0012xxxxxxxxxx
IF FACING PROBLEM WITH MOBILE NUMBER DURING REGISTRATION, PLEASE CONTACT BRANCH TO REGISTER YOUR MOBILE NUMBER IN CORRECT FORMAT.
Step 3 : Click Submit Button
Forgot Your Password :
You can retrieve your forgotten password by clicking Forgot Your Password link.
Step 1 : Enter your User ID
Step 2 : Enter your Date of Birth / Date of Incorporation (DD/MM/YYYY)
Step 3 : Select as Retail User or Corporate User
Step 4 : Select Reset My Account Using
Step 5 : Enter your AADHAAR Number e.g. ABCDE1234M*
Step 6 : Enter your Account Number ( 13 Digits )
Step 7 : Enter your New Password
Step 8 : Confirm Password

Unlock/ Activate User Id :
Click Unlock/ Activate User Id link.
User will be prompt to enter account details in new screen.

Corporate customers should enter Date of Incorporation. Retail customers should enter Date of Birth.
Step 3 : Select Retail User or Corporate User
Step 4 : Select Unlock My Account Using
Corporate customers can use only PAN or Passport Number for Unlocking their account.
Step 5 : Enter details according to your selection
Please enter either your PAN or Passport or Aadhaar Number with which you have registered in Canara Bank or Debit Card number and Debit/Credit amount out of last 5 transactions done on the entered account number

Customer ID is available in Bank Passbook / Statement. If unable to find, please contact the branch.
How can I log in if I have forgotten my Transaction password?
** If Active Debit card available, Choose “Generate Transaction Password” option and proceed to fill the debit card number, Pin and expiry date and submit for OTP and set new password.
** If No Debit card/Non-Individual Customers, Please approach the branch for Resetting a Transaction Password. Once branch intiate, customer will receive password through Pinmailer to the Registered address

OTHER SERVICES OF CB IS GOOD BUT unable to view my credit card statement for past few months. What is the problem?
You will be sent a billing statement detailing the transactions on your Canara Credit Card well before the due date for payment of card dues. You are requested to ensure that sufficient balance is made available in the designated account for debit of the same on or after the due date.

Yes you can withdraw cash using your credit card.
